Devonshire ZionsvilleCommunity Document Assistant

About

Why this exists

Community governing documents can be difficult to search and cross-reference. The Declaration, Bylaws, Design Guidelines, adopted policies, budgets, and related records live in separate PDFs, and answering an ordinary question often means reading several of them side by side.

The goal of this project is to make that existing information easier to find while preserving the original source documents and citations. Answers are drawn from the documents themselves and point back to the document, article or section, and page they came from, so anyone can check the original text.

What it is

A document assistant over publicly distributed community documents and publicly obtained local municipal material. It is a technical experiment in making dense governing text searchable, and it is offered to neighbors as a convenience.

What it is not

It is independently maintained and is not an official communication channel of the Devonshire of Zionsville HOA, its Board of Directors, its management company, or the community’s developer. It does not speak for any of them, and nothing here is legal advice. Where a question depends on current Indiana, Boone County, or Town of Zionsville law, the assistant says so rather than guessing, and that law should be verified independently before it is treated as a legal conclusion.

For anything official — account questions, architectural submittals, or association business — contact the Association and its management company through their published channels.

Documents used

The public assistant is grounded in provisions normalized from the recorded Declaration and CC&Rs, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Design Guidelines, Board-adopted policies including the collection and enforcement policies, homeowner forms, approved annual budgets, published financial statements, insurance certificates, the reserve study, the published management fee schedule, and publicly obtained municipal ordinance material.

Accuracy and corrections

This is a private beta currently in development. Answers can be incomplete or wrong, and a document in the set may have been superseded by a later version. Always confirm against the original document before relying on an answer. If you spot an error, a missing document, or a newer version of something, please say so: help@devonshirezionsville.com.
